Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. We appreciate your understanding and support in respecting our time and the time of our other guests.
